These Training Terms & Conditions apply to all on-site cybersecurity awareness training sessions provided by Cyber Rebels Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or attending a training session, you (“the Participant”) agree to these terms.

Where a Training Services Agreement exists, that agreement takes precedence over these public terms.
1. Training Services
1.1. Cyber Rebels provides live, in-person cybersecurity awareness training delivered on-site to educate individuals and businesses on security best practices.
1.2. On-site sessions are delivered at venues arranged by Cyber Rebels or at the Client’s premises, in each case approved by Cyber Rebels.
1.3. Training sessions may be hosted or managed using third-party platforms such as Eventbrite or other booking and management tools. By registering or attending, you also agree to comply with the terms of use and privacy policies of these platforms.
1.4. All training materials remain the intellectual property of Cyber Rebels and must not be copied, shared, or redistributed without prior written consent.
1.5. Training sessions are designed for a maximum number of attendees as specified in the session details.
1.6. Where applicable, participants may receive CPD certificates following completion of the session, provided attendance and participation criteria are met.
2. Booking & Payment
2.1. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm a place in the training session.
2.2. Bookings are not considered final until payment has been received.
2.3. If payment is not received, Cyber Rebels reserves the right to cancel or decline the booking.
2.4. Discounts or promotional offers, if available, must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be applied retroactively.
3. Participant Responsibilities
3.1. The Participant is responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the training venue and for ensuring they have any required access passes, identification, or security clearance for the site, where applicable.
3.2. The Participant must ensure they join the session on time. Late arrivals may not be admitted, and refunds will not be issued for missed sessions.
3.3. Cyber Rebels is not responsible for issues affecting the Participant’s ability to attend in person, including travel disruptions, personal scheduling conflicts, or other circumstances outside our control.
3.4. The Participant agrees to follow the session’s code of conduct, which includes respecting the trainer and other participants. Any disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the session without refund.
3.5 Participants must comply with Cyber Rebels’ Safeguarding and Information Security policies when sharing content, using any on-site equipment or digital tools, or engaging in session activities.
3.6. Participants must comply with Cyber Rebels’ Health & Safety Policy during all on-site training activities, as well as any additional safety requirements in place at the training venue.
3.7. Where training is delivered on the Client’s premises, the Client must ensure the training environment meets all relevant health and safety standards and provide Cyber Rebels with all necessary site-specific safety information, in line with Cyber Rebels’ Health & Safety Policy.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
4.1. All bookings are non-refundable.
4.2. If Cyber Rebels needs to cancel or reschedule a session, we will offer an alternative date but will not issue refunds.
4.3. Participants who fail to attend a session for any reason are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling unless otherwise agreed at our discretion.
5. Liability Disclaimer
5.1. Cyber Rebels provides training based on current best practices in cybersecurity but does not guarantee protection against cyber threats.
5.2. It is the Participant’s responsibility to implement and maintain their own cybersecurity practices.
5.3. Cyber Rebels accepts no liability for any cybersecurity incidents, data breaches, or financial losses experienced by the Participant after training.
5.4. Training is for educational purposes only and does not replace professional cybersecurity audits or consultancy.
5.5 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cyber Rebels’ total liability is limited to the total fees paid in the twelve (12) months preceding any claim.
5.6. Cyber Rebels will deliver on-site training in accordance with its Health & Safety Policy. Cyber Rebels is not liable for accidents, injuries, or incidents resulting from unsafe or non-compliant conditions at the Client’s premises.
6. Course Changes & Rescheduling
6.1. Cyber Rebels reserves the right to modify training content, trainers, or delivery methods if necessary, ensuring the same high standard of training is maintained.
6.2. If rescheduling is required due to unforeseen circumstances, Cyber Rebels will work with Participants to offer an alternative date.
7. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)
7.1. Cyber Rebels will not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or failure to deliver training due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Power outages or utility failures at the training venue.
- Natural disasters or public health emergencies.
- Government restrictions impacting travel, in-person gatherings, or use of the venue.
7.2. In such cases, Cyber Rebels will make every effort to reschedule the session at no additional cost, but refunds are not guaranteed.
8. Confidentiality & Data Protection
8.1. Cyber Rebels will process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Any personal information collected for registration, attendance, or certificate issuing will be handled in line with our Privacy & Cookie Policy, available at:

8.2. Participants agree to comply with Cyber Rebels’ Information Security Policy, which outlines expectations for secure handling of information during on-site sessions, including appropriate use of any shared devices, printed materials, and digital resources used at the venue.
8.3. Participants must also comply with Cyber Rebels’ Safeguarding Policy, particularly in relation to respectful conduct, appropriate communication, and the handling of any sensitive or personal information shared during the session.
8.4. Any information shared by Participants during training, whether verbally, in writing, or through any interactive tools used during the session, will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or at the Participant’s request.
8.5. Cyber Rebels acts as an independent data controller for any personal data collected or processed during the delivery of on-site training sessions unless a written agreement specifies otherwise.
8.6. Audio or video recordings of on-site sessions are not permitted unless expressly authorised in advance. Where recordings are approved, they may only be used for internal purposes by the Client or Participant and must not be shared, published, or redistributed externally.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
9.2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
