Cyber Rebels Ltd is committed to operating with the highest standards of integrity,transparency, and ethical conduct. This policy outlines our core commitments relating to Whistleblowing, Modern Slavery, and Anti-Bribery & Corruption. It applies to all staff, contractors, trainers, partners, suppliers, and anyone representing Cyber Rebels.
1. Whistleblowing
Cyber Rebels encourages the reporting of any concerns relating to misconduct, unethical behaviour, safeguarding, illegal activity, or breaches of company policy.
We commit to:
- Treat all concerns seriously and confidentially
- Protect anyone raising concerns from victimisation or retaliation
- Address issues promptly, thoroughly, and fairly
- Escalate safeguarding concerns in line with statutory requirements
Whistleblowing concerns can be raised directly with senior management or the Director of Training & Development.
2. Modern Slavery Statement
Cyber Rebels has zero tolerance for modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, or exploitation in any form.
Although we are not legally required under the Modern Slavery Act (due to company size), we voluntarily commit to:
- Ensuring our operations are free from modern slavery
- Working only with suppliers who uphold ethical labour practices
- Taking reasonable steps to assess and monitor risks in our supply chain
- Responding swiftly to any concerns raised
We prioritise working with UK-based, reputable suppliers who adhere to lawful and ethical employment practices.
3. Anti-Bribery & Corruption
Cyber Rebels complies with the UK Bribery Act 2010 and upholds a strict zero-tolerance position on bribery or corruption.
This includes:
- No offering, giving, requesting, or accepting bribes
- No kickbacks, improper incentives, or financial inducements
- No facilitation payments
- Transparent decision-making processes
- Fair and honest business conduct at all times
Any suspicion of bribery or corruption must be reported immediately.
4. Responsibilities
All staff, associates, trainers, and contractors must:
- Uphold this policy
- Act with honesty and integrity
- Report concerns without delay
- Avoid conflicts of interest
- Maintain professional boundaries with clients and organisations
Management is responsible for reviewing this policy annually or following significant organisational changes.
5. Compliance & Enforcement
Breaches of this policy may result in:
- Disciplinary action
- Termination of contract
- Referral to authorities where required

6. Review Statement
This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure ongoing compliance with legal obligations, funding requirements, and best practice standards.
