Cyber Rebels

Thanks for getting in touch

We’ve received your message and will reply shortly.

If you’re curious about what happens next, the page below explains how we usually work — from initial questions through to delivery and follow-up. There’s no obligation at this stage.

How Booking Cybersecurity Training With Cyber Rebels Works

A clear, collaborative process designed to reduce uncertainty — not create it.

Step 1

Getting in Touch

It usually starts with a question.

You might already have a clear idea of what you’re looking for, or you might just want to sense-check whether training is the right next step. Either way, when you contact us we’ll respond by answering what you’ve asked — plainly, and without assumption.

There’s no obligation at this stage. It’s simply a conversation to understand your situation and whether training is likely to be helpful.

Step 1

Step 2

The Cyber Security Awareness Questionnaire

If training looks appropriate, we’ll invite you to complete our Cyber Security Awareness Questionnaire.

This isn’t an audit or an assessment. There are no right or wrong answers, and no expectation that you’ll already have everything in place.

The questions are designed to help you describe how your organisation actually works day to day — where decisions are made quickly, where people are under pressure, and where mistakes are most likely to happen.

Many clients tell us this step is reassuring. It often turns a vague sense of “we should probably do something about cyber” into something clearer and more manageable.

Step 2

Step 3

Scoping the Training

Using your questionnaire responses, we’ll write a clear training scope.

This document explains what we recommend covering, what we won’t cover, how the session will be delivered, and what the intended outcomes are. Nothing is hidden, and nothing is assumed.

You stay in control at this stage. You can agree with the scope as written, suggest changes, add or remove focus areas, or decide not to proceed. Nothing moves forward without your approval.

Step 3

Step 4

Approval, Paperwork, and Payment

Once the scope is approved, we’ll send over the invoice along with our Training Services Agreement for review and acceptance.

While approval and payment are handled on your side, we begin preparing the training content based on what’s been agreed. This helps ensure the session reflects exactly what was signed off, without last-minute changes or surprises.

Step 4

Step 5

Preparing the Training

Preparation happens before delivery, not on the day.

We use the approved scope to shape examples, scenarios, and discussion points so the training feels relevant to your organisation rather than generic.

At this point, we’ll also confirm the practical details for delivery, so everything runs smoothly.

Step 5

Step 6

Online or On-Site Delivery

Training is delivered live, either online or on-site, as agreed.

For online sessions, you can choose to use your own video conferencing platform or have us host the session. If you prefer to use your own system, you can send us an invite so we can join as a presenter. If we’re hosting, we’ll send joining details in advance and confirm who will be responsible for admitting participants.

For on-site sessions, we’ll confirm practical arrangements ahead of time, including room setup, Wi-Fi access, and screen or projector availability. We don’t assume these things — we check — so the session can start on time and work as intended.

Step 6

Step 7

Delivering the Training

Sessions are practical, interactive, and grounded in real-world behaviour.

The focus is on helping people understand how threats work and how to make better decisions in context — not on memorising rules or ticking boxes.

Step 7

Step 8

Certificates and Feedback

After the session, we issue a certificate of completion for the organisation.

Individual certificates can also be provided where required, as long as the business supplies a confirmed list of attendees so records remain accurate.

We’ll also ask for feedback. This helps us improve and ensures our training continues to reflect real organisational needs.

Step 8

A Process Designed to Feel Manageable

This process is deliberately structured to be calm, transparent, and collaborative from start to finish.

You remain in control of what’s delivered, how it’s delivered, and whether you proceed at each stage. The aim isn’t to rush you — it’s to make sure the training you receive is genuinely useful.
