Cyber Ready Onboarding Enquiry

Tell us a little about how people join your organisation and what you would like new starters to understand from the beginning.

Nothing is confirmed at this stage. The information below helps us understand your onboarding process, audience and priorities so we can suggest the most appropriate approach.

Before you enquire

Cyber Ready Onboarding is designed to fit alongside the way your organisation already welcomes new starters. It can work as a standalone session, form part of HR or people onboarding, or sit within a wider induction or learning pathway. Delivery can be live online or on-site, including for remote and hybrid teams.

The content can reflect the early decisions people are likely to make in your organisation: receiving access, joining shared platforms, handling information, using internal chat, locating documents, responding to unfamiliar requests and knowing who to ask when the expected route is not clear.

You do not need to have the session mapped out before enquiring. Tell us how onboarding currently works, where new starters are likely to encounter uncertainty and what you would like them to understand from the beginning.

What happens next

We will review what you have shared and consider how Cyber Ready Onboarding could fit alongside your existing induction.

We may suggest a session approach, ask a few questions where we need more context, or arrange a short conversation before confirming anything.

The aim is to make the session useful to the people joining your organisation without adding a disconnected cybersecurity module to an already busy onboarding process.
