By accessing the site or purchasing any product or service from Cyber Rebels Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the website immediately.

Live Events and Training

Separate Terms and Conditions apply to Cyber Rebels live events, webinars, and training sessions. These are provided at the time of booking and govern participation, cancellations, rescheduling, CPD certification, and refunds. In the event of any conflict, the event-specific terms take precedence over these general Terms.

Some live events and webinars are hosted or managed through third-party platforms such as Zoom or Eventbrite. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Purchases, Payments & Subscriptions

Ordering
Orders are placed through our secure checkout. By completing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Payments
Payments are processed via Stripe or another approved gateway. Prices are displayed in GBP and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Subscriptions
Some services operate on a recurring subscription.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
- Each plan carries a minimum 12-month term unless otherwise specified.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled with 60 days’ written notice before renewal.
- You authorise Cyber Rebels Ltd to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations may only occur after the minimum term unless otherwise agreed.
- Refunds are not available for partial months, unused sessions, or failure to attend booked training.
- We reserve the right to suspend or cancel access for non-payment.
Rescheduling
- Session dates may be changed with at least 14 days’ notice.
- Less notice may result in forfeiture of that session.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate participant details and maintain communication with our team.
Ensure staff availability for booked sessions.
Notify us promptly of changes that may affect delivery (e.g., new hires, scheduling).
Provide suitable facilities or connectivity for online or on-site sessions.

Educational Disclaimer

Our training and materials are for educational purposes only. Cyber Rebels Ltd cannot guarantee absolute protection against cyber incidents. You remain responsible for implementing and maintaining appropriate technical and procedural defences within your organisation.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyber Rebels Ltd shall not be liable for:

Loss of business, profits, or contracts.
Loss or corruption of data, software, or systems.
Indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Insurance

Cyber Rebels Ltd maintains appropriate insurance coverage for the services it provides, including professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

While every reasonable effort is made to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our training and advice, our total liability to the Client shall not exceed the limits of our professional indemnity policy in effect at the time of the claim.

Evidence of insurance can be provided upon reasonable request.

Force Majeure

Cyber Rebels Ltd shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure results from events, circumstances, or causes beyond its reasonable control.

Such events include, but are not limited to:

acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake, or other natural disaster;
epidemic or pandemic;
war, terrorism, or civil unrest;
industrial action or labour disputes;
power or internet outages;
failure of third-party service providers;
or any other event that could not reasonably have been foreseen or prevented.

In such circumstances, Cyber Rebels Ltd will make all reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as practicable.

Website Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the site or our services without notice.

General Terms

✔ Non-Transferable Rights: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms to another party.
