Introduction

At Cyber Rebels, we are committed to building a culture that celebrates diversity, promotes equity, and ensures inclusion in every aspect of our business. We believe the strength of our organisation lies in the unique perspectives, backgrounds, and talents of our team, our clients, and our wider community.

As a cybersecurity awareness training provider, our mission is to empower businesses and individuals to thrive in a digital-first world. That mission is only possible when everyone has equal access to opportunity, learning, and support.

Our Commitment

  • Promoting equality of opportunity for all individuals, regardless of age, disability, gender, race, religion or belief, sexual orientation, marital or parental status, neurodiversity, or socio-economic background.
  • Eliminating unlawful discrimination and ensuring fair treatment in recruitment, training, service delivery, and every interaction with our clients and colleagues.
  • Creating inclusive and respectful learning environments where diverse voices are heard, valued, and championed.
  • Educating and empowering others to embed inclusive digital safety practices across all industries and communities.

  • Representative of real-world diversity, including inclusive case studies, scenarios, and language.
