These terms explain how the Cyber Rebels Referral Partner Programme works once a partnership has been approved. They are here to keep things fair, transparent, and professional for everyone involved.
By participating in the programme, you agree to the terms below.
1. About the Partnership
The Cyber Rebels Referral Partner Programme is designed for trusted partners who introduce businesses to Cyber Rebels in good faith.
This is not an automated affiliate scheme. We keep the programme small, relationship-led, and based on trust. All applications are reviewed by a human, and acceptance into the programme is at our discretion.
2. What Counts as a Valid Referral
A valid referral is an introduction to a business that:
- is new to Cyber Rebels
- has not already been in contact with us
- results in a confirmed, paid training booking
Referrals must be made directly by the approved partner, either through an agreed referral process or a clear introduction.
We reserve the right to determine whether a referral qualifies if there is any uncertainty.
3. Referral Rewards
Referral rewards are agreed as part of the partnership and may take the form of commission, training credit, or another agreed benefit.
Rewards are payable once:
- the referred organisation has completed payment
- any applicable cooling-off period has passed
We aim to handle referral rewards promptly and transparently once these conditions are met.
4. How Referrals Should Be Made
Partners are expected to refer businesses in a professional and ethical way.
This means:
- no spam, mass outreach, or misleading claims
- no pressure selling on our behalf
- no use of Cyber Rebels branding without prior permission
Referrals should be a natural extension of existing relationships, not a sales tactic.
5. Partner Conduct
Partners represent themselves, not Cyber Rebels. Nothing in this programme creates an employment relationship, agency, or authority to act on our behalf.
We expect partners to act in a way that reflects the values of Cyber Rebels, including professionalism, honesty, and respect for client relationships.
6. Ending the Partnership
Either party may end the partnership at any time.
We may terminate a partnership if these terms are breached, if referrals are made in bad faith, or if the partnership no longer aligns with our standards or values.
This exists to protect the integrity of the programme and the trust of everyone involved.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect how the programme operates. Any changes will be published on this page.
Continued participation in the programme indicates acceptance of the current terms.
8. Questions
If you have questions about the programme or these terms, please contact us. We’re always happy to clarify how things work.
